engine importer on north east coast?

I was wondering if anyone knew of any engine importers on the northern east coast. I'm located in south western PA and am looking for an rb25det. I would like to pick one up that I can drive and get, and not worry about getting my money taken. So if anyone knows anyone within driving distance, say 7 hours I'd like to know. I'd hate to get scammed out of nearly $4,000. The only importer I know that is fairly close is zero lift but they don't carry rb25det's. Thanks a lot, Matt
