engine idling high after a battery change

Hi Folks

I just changed the battery in my sr20de for my 2001 sentra se and after I changed the new battery the engine light came on and my vehicle started idling at 1500 rpm instead of 800. Any ideas on what's going on?

Get the engine light code checked. I bet this is unrelated to your battery.

check your AC connection if theres something wrong with it.it could be some wrong input or Those plugs are already worn out,it happened to my sentra and the accel plugs was considered.
