engine hoist mounting locations

Im in the process of removing my engine, and was wondering which bolts on the head I can use to lift the engine with...also, is the intake manifold strong enough to wrap a chain around the tubes to help lift it on that side? Its a 95 240.

I have run the chains down through the manifolds to the actual motor mount brackets, and used the intake manifold and exhaust studs. Then the light bulb turned on...I found older Toyota's and Mazda's come with bolt on hook points on there engines. I grabbed several from the local Pick N Pull and use the existing bolt holes fore and aft of the head.
