i figured id run this by some of you guys before i cause destruction, injury and or death with my jury rigged hoist connector. i used the 2 8mm bolts for the grounding points on the ka24e head where the power steering pump was. i plan on adding 2 more nuts with threadlocker. now to figure out the setup for the rear.

Lol wtf... no need for all that, get a hoist chain, put on bolt in thorough one plate, and one bolt the other on the back. We did it and had no problems.

well everythings disconnected and unbolted. the catastrophic oil leak made those nuts come out like butter. trans is resting on the scissor jack hoist hooked up ready to go at the crack of dawn. so far all ive done is disassemble and clean i have a feeling reassembling is quite a bit more difficult. dont even have a torque wrench yet. man am i screwed.i hope the forecast is right. why did i start this without a garage. why is it raining every other day. im an idiot someone please kill me.
