Engine harness need help??

Hey people's, I have a 91 240sx sohc auto but justs swap it out for a ka dohc 5 speed. The ?? is, At the very end of the wirring harness the end where it connect to the ecu..Their is a clip that does macth up??? what is this to and how can i get it to work??? their are three clips for a auto sohc harness and i know one of it is for the auto but on the dohc harness their is two. since i now have a 5 speed harness their a only two and one does fit.. if you dont understand i can call you so leave a ## .... I think you need the ecu to the newer engine.

yeah man im doing the same swap now, you have the clip at the other end of where the harness plugs into the ecu that goes to the daash but there is also one other clip from the kae autoi m doing the rest of the wireing tonight so i will be able to tell you some thing more but i know there should be some wires left over, l8r

what i wanna know is, why did your 91 have a sohc in it? if it was swapped before, you might be dealing with a previously modified harness
