Engine harness help

Whats the best way to reconnect wires in a engine harness? Mine have previously been chopped and reconnected by the previous owner, but now they seem to have gotten wrapped in my radiator fan, so they came back loose. Ive identified one of them that I think leads to the coil, and another to the vacuum pump (or whatever it is).

Im trying to find out the easiest way to reconnect them myself without messing up, as I know very little about electrical. The coil wire seems to have a smaller wire inside of it and multiple wires around that wire.

My tail lights also seem to be constantly on. My headlights work (kinda slow) and the door ajar jingle works.

I reconnected the wires (not solder, just temp) and I dont even get a crank.
