engine do not want to run ???

hello every one!
actually i still not have success to run my engine ...it crank but not run ( does not want to start and running)
i changed timming belt/water pump/distributor/wires set/distributor cap/new head gasket and valve cover gasket/new lower intake gasket/new fuel pump relay etc......

i did a compression test of the engine and all at 150 to 160 psi
i changed the engine oil/transmission oil/new coolant fluid
check for ecu codes ...i got 14 vehicule speed sensor fault....thats it!
timing is good as per shop manual
ok now i am done ... look for a solution!

the engine refused to start and running

somebody know what unit can be failed ???

EDIT: JUST TAKE NOTE THAT ENGINE WAS RUNNING LIKE NEW 5 YEARS AGO

Do you have spark? pull a plug wire stick a screwdriver in it and hold the shaft near the engine while someone cranks (hold the handle if you have spark you will get quite a shock). If you have no spark we can start to troubleshoot why. Do you have Fuel? Is the fuel pump coming on? you should eb able to hear it. If you have spark, get a can of starting fluid, pop the intake off the throttle body, Hold the TB open and spray a good three second shot into it, pop the piping back on and crank. Let us know what you find.

well i have a spark at each plug by using a small tester i have
the fuel pump work ..i can hear it running and stop after somes secondes ( but before the relay was faulty ..thats why i replaced it )
i can smell the fuel like a hell when i crank it ( there is a leak???)
is this possible my injectors leak or failed???
i have the good fuel pressure by using my pressure gauge
so i will try to put starter fluid directly at the tbi

ok then ...i still have engine not running.....
look like its a wiring issue , i found a bad body ground ..the one go to the negative battery cable
i remove the ignition switch from the steering wheel and i have 26 ohms resistance between two pin instead of zero
so i think my wiring harness need to be check and fix first an give a try after..
i found too a bad speed sensor

If it's a wiring problem then it's not allowing for fuel and or spark.
