When Im running down the road my 240 just simply dies at about 3700rpm and kicks back on at around 3200rpm. Everthing else works the entire time this happens. It feels like the stock fuel pump just shuts off and then kicks back on. Thats just what it seems like though. Any help would be great!!

Is it like a slow fuel cut off? Try swapping the MAFS with a known good one.

No its more like I pulled the coil plug at 3700 and popped it back on at 3200.

I'm of no help then, I'm sorry. Have you checked for codes?

Nissan consult 1 or 2, a Blazt cable with Nissan Data Scan on a laptop, or pull the passenger side kick panel to get to the ecu and read the blink codes. If doing it that way, I'd suggest getting the factory service manual available here.
