Get engine mounts. They will be better get polyurethane ones or some solids if you dont mind vibration. Damn i wish they made those dampers for the KA though.

Why is your engine shaking? You sure it's not missing? I would invest in plugs and wires before an engine damper. (Not saying you have miss but with "engine shake" I just guessed that"

an engine damper wont do anything for your suspension stiffness, and its kind of an upgrade for high horsepower motors.

using this would help with low end torque, keeping the motor in place so that the power created can be transferred to the wheels intead of being used to...shake the motor. hope you could understand that, haha.

of course your motor has mounts, but if theyre bad, you should replace those if theres any extra shaking going on. if you get the damper to make the worn motor mounts less noticable, theyll just end up falling apart and thatll be worse.

yea it will help decrease your engine from shaking, but it will increase the shaking of your car.

1. learn to post. your attempt at linking to the auction messed up the page and pissed me right off.

2. search. read. learn.

3. understand that if your car has problems you need to be concerned with fixing them before you buy stuff you dont need.

i read you wanted to fix your shaking engine with suspension parts in another thread. this one is almost as bad.

troubleshoot your problem by searching for shaking in this forum and the tech forum. i guarantee you will find a couple helpful threads with what you should look for.

if you cant solve your problem after that, please find someone who can and invest the money you were going to put into MODZ into getting your car back to 100%

I have good engine mounts, so I don't feel any vibration whatsoever. I felt slight vibration after I instered subframe collars. Anyway, I have more than an inch of clearance between engine and strut tower bar, but I noticed big dent under the bar. It looks like engine rocks a little bit. I think engine torque damper will help in this case. You will feel better response and such. Yeah, if you search, there are threads on how to modify SR damper to make it fit on KA and such.

Damn!! Clean as hell!!!

I've seen one installed on KA and it goes to the other side and connect to some bolt hole under EGR valve. No bracket was used. All the dampers have rubber/urethane thing inside and you have to pull it out and cut to make proper length for KA.
