engine cuts out at 3000 rpm

1993 nissan truck 4x4 4cyl 5 speed man. tran

soon as engine gets near 3000 rpm engine starts cutting out in all gears. acts like its starved for fuel. changed fuel filter, plugs, wires, cleaned fuel injectors. no difference. took it to mechanic and put on computor. passed all test. any help would be appreciated.

cleaned air flow meter truck runs like new.
