New to site. I have 2008 Nissan 350Z and want to know what type of engine coolant I should use? I brought my car to a Nissan dealer for oil change and they indicated that coolant was low and to replace it with PINK coolant. I searched on WEB and only found Blue or Green engine coolant. What type of engine coolant can I use in my 2008 350 Z? Thanks!

I use Nissan's blue 50/50 premixed coolant.

Thx, but wondering if in 2008 they used a different type of engine coolant? My dealership said I need PINK coolant.

I didn't think Nissan ever used pink. I thought only Toyota did. Everything Modern with Nissan should be either blue or green. Technically yours should be green, being an '08, but the '09s used the blue, and it's the same engine. What is already in there? Is it a NISSAN dealer saying you need pink?

Nissan dealer said PINK engine coolant. Maybe the first owner changed coolant themselves, Thanks

OK have done some research on net and it indicated that I can use any antifreeze as long as I don't exceed 50% dilution. I am only filling the over flow container. I want to use Prestone Concentrate in the yellow container. It state's that it can be mixed with any coolant. Any thoughts?

Honestly, you can really mix any of it except for that orange crap they used for about half a decade in American cars, namely Fords. Mixing with that will turn your entire coolant system to mud. Literally rust colored mud.

General Motors are the ones that used Dexcool (and still do).Ford has always used green coolant and in the last few years has used beer colored coolant.

Whoops, you're right. GM was Dexcool, not Ford. Worst. Thing. Ever. Ever seen Dexcool actually go bad? God it's terrible.
