Engine Cont fuse blowing - 1992 Maxima

So...I'm troubleshooting a blown running light fuse AND now I have managed to get my Engine Cont fuse to blow also??

Any Ideas on where to start. I was better off with no lights and the engine running.

I would start by useing the Maxima form not the 240 forum when looking for help with a Maxima.
