Does anyone know the engine code for our engine? I think its the SR18 right? i want to make sure though.... who knows it?

No this is the first application of the new engine.

Incorrect, the MR18DE is used in other countries as well in higher models. Different models will come with different engines. Such as here you get a 2.5L in the base Altima, but you get a 3.5 in the top model.

click Tiida, you can see different engines are offered, MR15DE and the MR18DE, other countries also have different MR__DE engines.

Not only that, but the 1.6L and 1.5L Tiida engines are HR16DE and HR15DE engines, not MR series.
