engine code 32

hey, guys.

Check engine light comes on intermittently, in no particular time or weather. checked the codes and came up with 32..

i'm just wondering on where to start with this problem.i've checked my egr valve and i press up on the diapraghm and it goes back down easily.

should the diapraghm be sticking up on the roof of the valve or below?

should i just replace the valve or temp sensor?

i don't have a multimeter to test if the egr temp sensor is working or not.
