There may not be anything you can do. In my 1995 200sx, when I installed my Hotshot header, the same thing happened... the engine light stayed on until I sold the car... Even when I reset the CPU, after about 100 miles of driving, it just kept coming back on... Perhaps there's a way to recalibrate your ECU so that it recognizes and adjusts to all of that air being allowed to release from the engine. IDK, any car techies on here know what can be done?

Just drive it around for 20 or so miles to see if the computer adjusts itself. On my old SE-R with Hotshot, it went off after about 20-30 miles of driving so maybe it'll work for you.
