Engine Check Light not working

Hi,

I had to get my car smogged but was told that the engine check light was not working and I would fail the visual test. I checked the fuses and they all seem OK. I bought this car used and was wondering if engine check kight was diabled.

I actually noticed that non of the lights on the left (low fuel, washer fluid and cruise control) don't work.

check the plug on the back of the cluster.
