Engine Check Light: Codes 21 and 45

I have a 90 240sx and my check light comes on for codes 21 and 45.

21 says the ignition signal is missing in primary coil. I bought the car with an MSD ignition booster. Could that be triggering the code??

45 is a fuel injector leak. I had my mechanic look at it for a little bit and he said the fuel injectors look fine. Now I was wondering, with an injector leak, does it reduce your gas effieciency?? I only get 180 miles on 3/4 of the tank.

I also have a friend who had a 240sx coupe and he says he's got the same codes, 21 and 45. If anyone has any info about this, I would appreciete the help. Thanks.

Correction!! It's code 23, not 21. I checked the ECU myself today. If anyone has had similar problems in the past, let me know how to fix this problem.
