hey Guys/Gals...

Im trying to restore/build again a L18block and A87 back to stock with a little upgrade...but i cant get enough good info about compatible parts...

for example the L18 and L20 block has the same 85 bore...that means if i get L20 rods installed on a L18 block = L20 right?

i can use L28 valves, and almost any L series pistons, but what about to get SSS pistons ? and compression wise?

Piston clearences ( im using a A87 head) and compression to look for...Valves and cams ( want to use 91 oct gas)

does it worth to sleeve a L series in order to gain displacement?

and most important parts available....i been building honda engines for a while, and well theres almost thousands of engine parts to use....but im having problems with L series engines... theres not to much info ( as i searched for)...

also have the chance to get the Z22 w/ A87 head, but coulnt get some real facts about building it...

any suggestion would be great....thanks in advance.

JC
