Engine bogs and stalls

Hello everyone. Today I was driving to work and I noticed the car started to bog and had no power. I pulled over and waited for traffic to pass and went on my way no problem. After work, 7pm, I tried to start the car. It would idle fine for about 3 seconds then it would bog and stall. I started it again this time while giving it gas. It would rev up fine for 3 seconds, bog then die while my foot was on the pedal. I tried it a few times and the result was always the same, 3 seconds or so then it would shut off so I left my car at work. I think that my MAF is going bad or fuel pump but not completely sure. If that isn't the problem then what else could it be? Any input appreciated
