My engine has been bogging at around 1800-1900 RPM at 3/4 or WOT, then it picks up again and pulls hard. Is there anywhere specific I should look for a vacuum leak or a malfuncitoning part? Could this be Tip in Retard? or anything like that?

S-13, Auto (unfortunately), Still tuning up...

Still need to replaceO2 sensorWiresCap & Rotor1 very slightly leaky injector (leaking from injector body)Probably need to just take the plunge and get like 50 ft of rubber hose and re-do all the vacuum lines...

Thanks in advanceScott

Negative battery to block and intake and everything is like 0.3 ohms. So the grounding is okay. Ive heard some pretty bad stories about how grounding affects performance
