engine blew??

It was driving fine and all of a sudden it started stalling at low rpms...i restarted it but it died again after a short period of time...and it doesn't want to start anymore... i checked my plugs and it looks pretty bad....(i think i was running way too lean)... and i noticed some oil squirted out from 3rd chamber. did i fry the ring? is my engine blown?? i am noob w/ no money... plz help!!!
