Sweet.

I am doing the same thing, sorta.

My preliminary measurements indicate that it will fit, but the turbo placement might need to be tweaked a little to conform to the truck engine bay. But the 300zx engine bay is smaller than the trucks so the turbos might not need to be moved at all.

But that should be it.

the z32 engine bay is hour glass shaped. So, the turbos have a crap ton of clearance. However the 2wd nissans do not, lol! Why would you choose such a heavy and unreliable version of the VG? You will have to notch the frame rails and remove the torsion bars to clear the turbo chargers. There's a guy over at another board who test fitted one in a 4x4 and it had MINIMAL clearance between the frame rails and the passenger side turbo. If your un-familiar with the 4x4's they have greater clearance because of the body lift and the fact that the engine sits higher as well. While doing this swap I would also plan for the bigger h233b rear end since your going to need the v6 pickup driveshaft which mates to a larger flange on the rear end. Plus, you can pull one from a pathy with discs and LSD for the added traction needed with this powerplant. All of this is going to require some decent fab work. g/l. peace.

Its not so much the year of pathfinder but the package it came equipped with. So, just go to the yard and see what you can find. If your area is anything like mine you shouldn't have a problem finding pathfinders. lol! peace.

The xterra axle will be too wide for a 2wd HB.

You will have to use the truck v6 mounts. One bolt hole location is different but the boss for it is on the block so all you have to do is drill and tap. I believe that's on the passenger side?

Why do you want to put this heavy and some what unreliable version of the vg in your truck?
