I have a hesitation that i cant figure out for the life of me. done all the basic stuff to fix it (thinking it might be my timing belt tho).

Has any1 noticed any significant improvements, after installing a grounding kit?

Engine bay grounding is important to be sure, and can cause issues in several areas of the car. The FSM is a great place to go for locations and tests, especially for the infamous Z32 hesitation problem that can be from a LOT of sources. There are flow charts and tests to narrow down your search.

As far as any improvements done, the most notable one I noticed was a much more stable voltage reading between idle and road driving. After you've done some reading, you'll surely discover that these cars don't like when voltage reads under 12v. Things start acting funny in weird places.
