You may remove the PAIR valve if you have one. Just plug up the hole before your maf and cap the metal insert in your downpipe. You may remove the EGR system. Just beware of emissions stations and either remove and cap off your vacuum lines, or plug the vac. lines with a bolt (not reccomended and not as clean).
For the SR20, when you remove the EGR system you have to plug up the recirculation bung found on your OEM turbo elbow. Forget about trying to weld up that rusty mess and just buy a 3" turbo elbow on ebay or somewhere nicer. You could get a downpipe at the same time. Plug up the intake side of your EGR by either purchasing an intake hard pipe from pipingpro.com or plugging your existing one.
As for the EVAP canister or AKA charcoal can, just remove it and the brace that goes with it. Follow all the vacuum lines and you may remove them and cap the ends of those off as well. Removing these things REALLY simplifies your vacuum setup. The other line will go into the frame rail, just remove it and that's it, the line larger than the vac lines goes to a hardline that runs across your firewall. You may remove this hard line altogether, and also removethe rubber line that connects it to the evap vent line near the fuel lines. I leave the EVAP hard line in place where it travels under the chassis alongside the fuel lines, and just bend the front of it down so no water fills up and rusts it out prematurely.
You may also be interested in removing the cruise control behind the usdm Passenger side shock tower, and cutting the wiring for it to clean up. The bolts for the cruise bracket hold a Q45 ignitor chip nearly perfectly, makes a really nice spot for it to bolt up.
Wiring. Just untaping sections at a time, getting rid of wires that you don't need and retaping without loom for smaller size. You can get really into wiring if you have the time, but I'll not go into that.
There's much more you can do like hide your relays and wiper amplifier under the fenders so just use your imaginationnnn!
