I've pulled my engine to get the twin turbos rebuilt as they were blowing huge plooms of smoke whenever i'd get a hint of boost. However now that the engines back in whenever i crank the engine (haven't got it 100% running yet) there is a very thin but steady oil leak that seems to come down from both sides of the motor running down the sump. I can't seem to figure out where it's coming from?

Did you do anything besides turbos when you had the engine out?
I can't remember where the turbo oil supply lines on the Z32 are, but I'd check there. Being that it is happening while you are cranking (and not even running), its most likely part of (or very close to) a pressurized oil system, and not something like a valve cover gasket or something.

Agreed, most likely a oil feed line wasn't re-attached or was broken, maybe both from what was reported. The FSM should be able to help you pinpoint the locations to check- at the turbos but not sure myself where they originate (when I did mine I went with bb turbos which require different oiling) but the FSM should get you there. FSM is downloadable on the main Z32 page in a sticky at the top.
Also to consider are the PCV hose nipples hanging down from the front of the vale covers, these can be broken and oil may come out under load, just not sure if that can happen just cranking the motor.
