Engine and transmission installed questions

I just swapped my Ka areplaced my stock clutch, flywheel with Fidanza aluminium flywheel and ACT clutch and pressure plate.My problem has to do with vibration. I notice alot of vibration when I shift into the gears and I coast on them before giving the car gas. I had found some bolts on the transmission loose but I tightened them up but there is still noise that was'nt there before.It seems like I hear most of the vibration on 3rd gear.Any ideas of what it can be??

Make sure the clutch is aligned properly, and the throw out and pilot bearings are in good shape. You said everything is brand new so I can't see there being any problems with the parts you installed, but check those to just to make sure.
