ok here we go..recently had my 133k -- 12v rebuilt-- blown head gasket ... all new gaskets...etc.... removed all egr crap. bored .40 over valve seats were cut a little to help with air flow.valve springs stiffened up. removed all ac related materials...centerforce dual friction stage 1 clutch .... cosmo racing short shifter... front rear strut bars... installed and runs great now...except i have a huge problem, motor and oil filter get so damn hot you could boil and egg on them...and i have a slight water leak as well...seems to be ending up on the intake runners where it mounts to the block...will check that out when it stops raining...and snowing...freezing...question.. i am pretty sure i have the radiator hoses hooked up properly... upper hose to thermostat and lower connected near the water pump... sorry if i cant remember proper name...is the the correct locations.???i have an electric fan hooked up via toggle switch...temp gauge is fine as long as fan is on...but motor is still getting hot after only driving maybe half hour if that....please help... i need to drive my car... if anyone can help please let me know comments suggestions...

Wow....

Lots of stuff to look into there.

First thing that hits me is, get rid of that toggle switch and get your cooling system to work as designed. A thermostatic switch is a must, this way it only runs when needed AND you'll never forget to use it.

Hoses are correct - Pressure test your cooling system, make sure you have a new cap and t-stat.

Do you have a water temp gauge?

Is your factory gauge showing an overheating issue?

Engines are supposed to be hot, so "fry an egg" is not a real useful measure.

Water near intake runners could be a blown head gasket - Change your oil, make sure there's no water in it, and flush your coolant - make sure there's no oil.

I burn my hand on my oil cap 30minutes after my car being turned off.....Aluminum though. Only concern is overheating, but you said it doesn't overheat with the fan on... or it does after 30minutes??? If thermostat was stuck it'd overheat before that....

Engines do, uh, get hot. Are you running your electric fan with the stock plastic cowl? If not, is it possible you're getting high underhood temps due to poor airflow in to the engine bay?

Any reason why you ditched the OE clutch fan?

Did you get all the air out of your coolant system??? If you have a leak, then you are trading the water for air. having even a little air in your system will make it heat up quick as hell...

is it a stock rad.? you had the head resurfaced? you may be on the edge of its ability with that .040 over bore.
