Engin and drivetrain maintenance

Hey guys, and gals.

I have bought a 92 J30t recently with all the maintenance records since new

Ièv read the owners manual, FSM and even the maintenance manual and havent gotten a clear idea on a good maintenance schedule.

when should the ATF be replaced?
Timing belt?
LSD service?

Any and all help is appreciated.

Timing belt is the biggie.
How many miles is on the Belt now ?

I drain and refill the transmission every 30K
Drop and clean the pan.
Replace the Filter screen and pan gasket.

And the LSD, just drain and refill with a good synthetic gear oil.
(Make sure you can remove the Fill Bolt before draining)

The t belt was replaced at 120xxxkm, so im good there.

do the clutches in the LDS need maintenance?

No
The J30 lsd clutches are sealed.
