Energy Suspension tie rod boots

I'm puttin Tein tie rods on and I was looking around for the dust boots when I came across these. They don't look the same...do they replace the dust boots or are these different parts?

it says in the ad "Dramatic Improvement In Vehicle Handling!" just the boots huh? but it does sound like something thats worth investing :)

i dont know the answer to your question so...
