so i picked up my 280zx back in 03 when i first got out of high school. at the time i was bringing in big money by doing illegal house party's every weekend. after that i moved out of la and got a house in San Bernardino California all my money when to paying my house so the car project was put on hold and has just been sitting there for about 2 years . Ok now here the dilemma i lost my house after the bank played me with the contract (but thats a different story) now am moving out and the car is just sitting there i cant take it with me and i would really hate to have to chop it up and trash it. in other words if anyone is interested in buying a 1980 280zx for below cheap with triple webers a nissan t3 turbo msd blaster coil msd boost retard system msd ignition system and a few other thing contact me at

Were you running triplets and a turbo?? If so, which plenum do you have? HKS, Cartech, or a custom fabbed one?

triple with a turbo but never got around to tune it correctly and it was a custom piece that was fabricated by a friend. i don't have it anymore otherwise i would take pictures and post them up.

no the turbo was not on when i took that picture had a friend helping me with the build at the time and for some reason he thought it would be a good idea to paint the turbo black (with out letting me know and with regular spray paint ) funny thing is when i turned the car on it started smoking and smelling real bad for a coo sec i though it had cough fire

if you put everything back together it will you would need a need plenum and a fuel pressure regulator. and for some reason the starter is acting up...

still not a bad price since the weber's them selfs cost 2x as much as what am asking for and not to mention the turbo and msd parts

~ 600-800 if you go through a service, it's way cheaper to deal directly with a driver. Go to a truck stop and ask if there's any car haulers heading east/west that could do a pickup, then get a quote. it's cheaper, but not insured that way. 300-600 cross country.

Its been about 2 weeks since i posted this so i guess this is the end of the run for this old Honda Slayer i couldn't find anyone to take the car of my hands so i have no choice but to cut it up and sell it to the scrap yard (sad the junk yard would only give me $150) i am going to try to sell it on kregs list by the end of the week if that doesn't happen then i will be posting pics of my chopped up fair lady.
