i passed by around 3:45pm and again at 6:40 pm (not in my s13, but with my wife and kids in her white 4 door B13) we was going to the beach.

the first time was a good turn out, but i didnt see any friendly faces. the second time was dead. i was wondering why was there caution tape all over the floor?
