When doing a top mount you need to lossen or even remove the brake booster. If not the down pipe on a 5 bolt turbo 3" down pipe will not fit.

In thery you can get rid of the mas I havent yet figure that out yet. But I'm close.Look at your ecu. On the wire harness is there two straight lines of wires or 3 and 5.The reason I ask is when I got mine I emailed greddy help to find out what ecu wire diagram to use in the book and they insisted that it was n-10 but it is n-7. Now I dont know what year you have but mine is 93 and its convertible . Anyway here are some sites to check out the helped me alot.

http://www.transonicracinginnovations.com the guy with the lexus is300 used it.http://www.ka-t.orghttp://www.mohdparts ... na...Group! They have updates and good prices.http://www.innovatemotorsports.com If you want a wideband use the LC-1 and keep your factory one in and weld a new hole back as far from the turbo as possible the longer it will last. But before any cats or mufflers. Mine is back under my seat facing out at the drivers door so i can get to it with out lifting the car. Anything elts let me know.

Alex <[email protected]> wrote:wow what a response. got all my questions. thaks a bunch i dont know what i'd do without you. nobody has this info.I dont have it installed yet in fact it wont be here till tomorrow. i like to get head start on everything. I have a bottom end built also ready to go in along with tiny GT28R . My Kouki will be so pleased with it lol. I plan on wiring up emanage as soon as get it so i can get hang of it and make sure it all works fine before i boost it. couple other questions.

About the greddy MAP. you said my factory maf will be fine and when it maxes out emanage will use MAP sensor signal input to continue run the engine? So would this mean i can totaly eliminate MAF?and last thing. woudl you recomend getting a wideband for it also? i read somwhere it has "auto tune" option ...altho i have yet to see that anywhere in the manual.THANKS!Al

Sure hope you can help me. Got an emanage ultimate for my KAT and since greddy didnt bother adding KA to the list of supported engines i jsut dont know what to do....sort of. What i am having issues with is setting up base vehicle info. For example i was able to find that KA S14 maf is NS NW-7. so i have no choice but to pick either S14 or S14 SR20DET. which is ok since i can change the displacement to 2400cc and be done with it. BUT i dotn know if Crank Angle Type on KA is same as s14/s15 SRDET which is NS_1 . After this i think its all i need on first page. Then i know that KA's injectors are 270cc so this takes care of I/J page. Is this all i need to be ble to run the car normaly?(obviosly hook up all wiring harness')?>>Oh and to add something regarding MAF CODE>>>i loaded your emanage map and you have your car set as SR20DE...whose maf code is NS_HW-8. SO i dont know if my info was wrong or somehow you made it work ... please coment on that if you can.>>One more question. Sorry i know you got your own **** to do but i dont know who else to turn...lucky i found your post on nico. Read somwhere that i can substitue MAP in place of factory MAF...is that true? i know that there are greddy boost sensor but i dont know if that is used for boost monitoring only or it can be more then that.>>Thanks in advance!>Alex >When ever I get a question I'll post it so that it can help everyone. And if you see anything wrong please let me know...

Don't bump threads that are so old, especially in the wrong forum.

Got me there...Wrong motor though. Why would we have a base map for a VQ35?
