Assuming that SMOG and Emmsions are the same. im failing too my carbons and hydrocarbons are through the roof and i need help!!!! I wanna go back to Fl where they dont have this prob.

I dont know how tuff it's out there but out here it sux. If you car is running good then you'll pass. get a tune up after you SEA FOAM your car. plugs, wires, cap & rotor, fuel filter, air filter, make sure your cat. is good. that should fix it all
