Emissions Test Story and Adjusting Idle Question

Ok I just dropped my new sr20det in with a upgraded head cause my last sr20 threw a rod. Well i had to take it through emissions today, as a typical 89 240sx owner my tachometer didnt work. So he tried to plug the cig lighter then tried to find the sensor under the hood. when he looked under the hood he said "HOLY ****!!! I've never seen so many AfterMarkets Mods in my life!" lol. I gladly stuck my head out and said Thank You. Well I failed emissions cause my idle SOUNDED too high. So imma need to learn how to adjust the idle anyone wanna let me know the extact location and all that

If you looks between the 2nd and 3rd runner of your intake mani, you should see a plastic screw looking thing.

You turn that to adjust idle.
