I have recently seen some Rouge models listed by the dealer as "w/CA Emissions", but have been unable to find any specifics on the Nissan web site.

Is there such a configuration?If so does it impart any performance or gas mileage penalties?

We purchased our Rogue in Doylestown, PA but it had the CA emissions equipment (according to the sticker). As a result our engine only puts out 167hp not the 170hp for other engines. Not a big difference, and it didn't affect the sticker mileage estimates. We haven't noticed any problems: pickup is good, mileage is about 26 (combined) on the first 2 tanks of gas. Very satisfied.
