Emissions removal

I have a 1990 240sx ka24e and i have been working on removing most of the emissions... Turns out my moms car's timing chain is going as well and im trying to put the 240 back together. I have the B.P.T valve, A.I.V case and control solanoid, and charcoal canister removed. Since i cant get the second half of the intake mani off, i was not able to remove the E.G.R control valvle and solanoid valve, P.R and S.C.V control solanoid. my Question is if anyone knows if the car will run okay with only the EGR control valve and everything esle removed or will that cause the secondary butterfly vavles to stay close.

if your dailying your car, dont remove emissions stuff, cuz then you wonder all dfay if the stuff you took off that you dont know what it is, will hurt the motor
