emissions question

well i just got a p10 infiniti on friday and need to get it to pass emissions. cylinders 2, 3, and 4 are burning fuel properly but cylinder 1 has excessive fuel on the spark plug. i changed the plugs so i know its getting a decent spark and the wires look fairly new. i am thinking its a bad injector but i need some 2 opinions. can you guys help me. i have aspirations of making this care a time attack car but need it right now to get around. any help will be appreciated.

Probably a leaky injector, yeah.
