Emissions Question Again

Well, today will be the fourth time I go for emissions, and so I could use any quick tips. Here's the scenario for what's happened and what I've done to the car:

-put my catco cat on and loosened the bolts between the dp and cat-put on my 18's to get the idle testWith this scenario, I was only over by .1% on carbon monoxide. Since then I've:-run Seafoam twice (BTW, I've used in the past - AWESOME stuff)-bought some additive from autozone that says gaurenteed to make you or double your money back ( I figured if I don't pass I make seven dollars and I'm not sure if this will help at all)

So, I only need to get my car to drop .1% CO to pass. Any last minute thoughts? I've heard people using alcohol, but how much and does it even work. Some input would be great seeing as my license is suspended and has been for over a month now - I REALLY need to pass.
