Emissions Delete Question

So I wanted to know what the pros and cons of the emissioins delete? I seen alot of guys taking the Egr, Iacv, and aac out. I just wanted a little insight on it before i did it. I noticed it makes the engine bay cleaner without all those hoses. Also another question is about the clutch fan. Alot of people have taken that out as well. What has everyone done to keep the radiator cooled without it? I have already taken out the PAIR Valve. Also wanted to know if anyone found a large bolt to fit in that pipe spot, or just capped the tube?

Hey man I can't really say the pros and cons to deleting your emissions other then it cleans up the bay. I blocked my egr valve and I didn't see any gain to anything. I have been told that it helps with temp to delete the egr and the coolant lines to the intake, by doing this you get colder air flow into the motor.

Also the best way to keep air flow to the radiator by removing the clutch fan is to replace it with electric fans. you can ether control it by a switch in the car or there is a kit you can buy that turns them on when needed. I am doing a full build on my 240 and thats what I am doing all my emissions will be gone as well as my coolant lines to the intake and my clutch fan will be replaced with a aluminum fan shroud and a dual core radiator with electric fans.
