emissions (calalytic coverter and exhaust) confusion?

I just had an sr20det swap and need new calalytic converter. what type do I buy to fit a 3'' cat back exhaust and still pass emissions. See, I bought the car and had not done my emissions. As you know, I won't be able to get my tag if emissions fail. Help please.

Just go buy any aftermarket 3 inch catalytic converter and go put it on. I am pretty sure they are all the same except for size and how the catalist is mounted in the car.
