Emergency tech help please!!

hello! about the 2ndary O2 sensor in my s14, it popped out of my header cuz its too small, the header was made to fit the size of the primary o2 sensor. so i go to buy a new 2ndary and they have a bosch universal thats the same size as teh primary!! however i i decided not to get yet cuz i dont know if i can splice it, it has 3 wires like the OEM one but instead of being black red white, its black white white, is it still possible to use?? thanks!

I'm sure you can just as long as you know which wire is which.

try to measure the voltage coming from the red and white wire on the red and white ones. if they are the same, dont worry about the order of the splicing.

The universal sensors come with instructions on which wires are for the heater and which wire is for the sensor.
