I was running a mustang 5.0 tonite, and at the end of the run my car puffed out a whole lot of white smoke out my exhaust, and the car sounded like it was running on 3 cylinders. It also smokes out the BOV when I rev it a little to create pressure. why would smoke come out my bov? I unplugged one at a time the fuel injector harnesses, and cylinder number 2 seems like it makes little difference in the way it runs, just drops it down a little. It makes like a knocking sound from the top of the motor, but like a fast knock. Now the idle is up to 1,500, and white smoke comes out the car, smells like oil. What the heck did I do to my poor baby? I am soo mad at myself for doing that tonite.

better run a compression test. Check the oil for coolant and the coolant for oil.

Dont be too angry at yourself. If it hadn't blown tonight, it would have blown tomorrow. Once its ready to go there is nothing you can do really.

You also could have melted the Spark plug like my friends was doing. He is running 15 psi.I still dont know why its doing that. I know he must be running lean but he seems to have enough fuel.
