Emergency flasher lights only light up and blink on driver side of my J30t. It would seem a concidence that both front and rear bulbs would be dead on passenger side. I know that it is possible, but what do you all think? Unless they burned out at different times and I only noticed it today. Is there a fuse for both sides, bulbs out, wiring harness issue? Where would you recommend that I start to solve this problem. Appreciate all thoughts and comments.

Appreciate the move. About 30 minutes after I posted, I realized that I had a blank moment. Thanks for helping me out. Hope that I get some input on my problem. If it is just the bulbs, what is the involvement in replacing them?

To the turn signals on the passenger side work? If so it's not the bulbs...

Heath:Thanks for the post. Checked the turn signals as you suggested and all four corners work. Interesting thing occurred this morning. I checked the emergency flashers and now all four are flashing as they should. Regardless, they are working. Does it sound like a short somewhere? Any suggestions. Appreciate your insight. :ylsuper

Sounds more like dirty contacts in the emergency flasher switch... or maybe a bad connection. The Emergency flashers just use both sides of the turn signal flasher at the same time, so it's somewhere behind that in the circuit.

Intermittant problems are a pain to diagnose, since they seem to fix themselves while you're working on it... I'd wait for it to break completely unless you use your emergency flashers a lot more than I do!

Appreciate the information. I agree that the problem has to lie with the emergency button. Lack of use may have been the problem. They are working fine now. Think you diagnosed it right on the head. Again, thank you.:)
