Emergency Flashers not working

Just picked up a 2008 Versa hatchback.

Noticed the emergency flasher don't work but the signal lights work fine.

Is there a separate relay and/or fuse for the emergency flashers?

Can you tell me where it is located, i don't see a dedicated fuse for that in the inside fuse box.
