Hey everyone. i am a VERY new 2009 Altima 2.5s Coupe owner. I would love to know if anyone knows anything about the emblems on the trunk.

1. are they on there with double sided tape or screwed in.

2. How would you go about removing them.

Welcome to NICO! =)

they're on with some sticky stuff... it comes off really easy...you can use a hair dryer to heat up the letters (or wait for a really hot day), then use some dental floss between them and the sticky stuff (not the sticky stuff and paint), clean off sticky stuff and you're done. if you still have some sticky stuff left on your car after the badges are gone, then just go buy some "goo gone" and it'll get rid of it...

if you search the word "debadge" you'll get a lot of threads showing you how to remove them. but like srwong said, just use dental floss to kind of saw them off, and use goo-gone to remove any residual gunk, and make sure you wax the spot afterwards cause there's no wax under the letters and nissan logo.
