emanage ultimate problem

Hey ive recently gotten the greedy Emanage Ultimate with the plug and play harness. My 240 has the redtop SR20DET it stock at the moment. Ive set the jumpers according to install manual, updated the software to version 2.20, and only set the parameters for sr20det(13) in vehicles tab, as its stock at the moment. Im not getting spark to the plugs but fuel is there. the active light on the emu was solid green but started to flash green now (flashing green means fouled plugs? states operating manual). I purchased it used so i hope i didnt get ripped off with a broken one, If anyone can help me it be much appreciated.

Did you get everything squared out? let me know I just bought the ultimate too will be installing it shortly. Did you hard wire in the a/f ratio wire?
