a friend just wrecked his mr2 and he just totaled it out around a tree, he had a blue emanage box brand new in box for 60 bucks!

im wondering if instead of using the usb to 232 cable could i use a usb to usb cable to tune the emanage with?

instead of using the usb input on the blue emanage box to 232 port on a older lap top can i use a usb from the emanage to a usb on a laptop? thank for any input?

Reminds me of that old movie short circuit. "Number 5 need input"

You can not use a regular off the shelf USB to USB cable to connect the emanage to your laptop. You either need to buy their special USB cable or make one yourself. zer...cable

the emanage does similar things to the neo. It uses your factory fuel and timing maps as base maps. you adjust from there, its actually quite easy once you get everything set up. setting it up properly is a challenge tho

i was worried with the neo because i could not control the timing.the neo was way out of its range trying to control a t-78, 720s and twin q45 mafs, the every 500 rpm range adjustments werent cutting it, ran like crap, was afraid to run more boost w/o being able to control timing.
