Great, you are a no body who builds computer for a living. Forget about climbing up the corporate ladder because kicking someone’s behind to prove that “you the man now, dog” has got you no where. Now you are now 44 years old looking like a bald eagle fearing of extinction since you probably have no wife, no kids, and worse of all no future. I will actually agree with you on you being able to kick my *** since I am a bit smaller yet once again I fail to see where you’re going with that one. Kicking my *** proves nothing except that you are still a pathetic loser who “builds computer for a living”. What kind of career is that? At 44? I think I did that when I was around 18. You are about 3 decades behind mister! Go back and eat your senior special at Danny’s.

I love playing games though. $15 is nothing compared to the kick I am getting out of this one but I am certain that you will be unsuccessful in your little charge back. Check the paypal policy page for detail when you are not affected by Alzheimer’s. I already stated so but since you’re a more severe case I’ll stated it again with great patience: “USPS is next to incompetent at updating the status of packages.” Should you fail to interpret that sentence it means that the information will eventually transcend from “info received” to “delivered”. I hope I have made it very clear for you, you senile old man.

do the math *******....................iv'e been on ebay for over 4yrs.you have to be at least 18yrs old............ to get an account...if you were standing in front of me , i'd knock you on your ***......... tough guy.............. lets just hope fan and heatsink work..............as far as i'm concerned item wasn't shipped yet???since i didn't receive.........and the post office has no record of confrimation delivery...... 44 isn't old either ................anytime you want a shot at the title ..let me know i'd be more than happy to show you what a 44 yr old can do............punk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this old man will knock you on your *** any where anytime.......i love tough guys who talk tough on line.......instead of being face to face............ just shows how much of an ******* you really are................ i will be getting my money back though...........when item arrives i'm going to refuse delivery and send back...........will see who gets there money backand the chargeback starts today..............

Please do not insult middle ages men. I doubt a 44 year old man will be able to deliver English to the point of illiteracy. Your feedback of 99.3% compared to my 98.9 is a measly 0.4% apart. May I remind you that perfect means 100% and you sir are about 0.7% away from it. What is wrong with making money from shipping? If you are not satisfied then go to compusa and buy it for $50. It humors me to see you complain about shipping when you forked over $15 for the item. It’s almost like saying that you’re a vegetarian while wolfing down a fine new york steak, contradicting isn’t it? And your assumption of requiring fund in bank account for shipping is going no where as paypal has a debit card which enables me to withdraw cash from any atm. I really don’t get where you were going with that one though. Please do that chargeback with your credit company and you will discover that paypal will be asking you for money, not I, but I am sure you are probably unable to decipher the paypal user policy. Once again I must suggest that you are far from 44 years old or a really bad one. The lack of manner, the inability to use period, comma and capitalization, poor spelling, vulgar language… etc kind of gave it away. Ha, I would pay to see an old man say ******* to me, you jester you.

first of all your a ****ing *******.................i'm not 20 yrs old............... i'm 44...........iv'e been dealing on ebay for over 4 yrs.............i have a perfect record, unlike yourself............... its ebayer's like you that give ebay a bad name gauging on shipping............. i use priroity shipping all the time............ when someone pays me right away, i ship right a way...........that 3rd buisness day is bull****, that you waitied to ship....... it seems like you had to wait for the funds from your paypal bank to be deposited into your bank account, so you could afford the shipping.......... you are a complete ****ing *******..........!!!!!!!!!!and i won't be doing buisness with you again........... and for hope sake, the h/s and fan better work..........or i'll be statring a chargeback immediately.......... later *******!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ----- Original Message ----- From: sales@ To: 'ROCKY' Sent: Wednesday, October 27, 2004 7:49 AMSubject: RE: auction #6714656912....3rd request for tracking info..............

Are you a noob or something? I send it on the 3rd day and priority meaning you’re getting it on the 6th business day. USPS tracking system is next to useless and I am surprised someone with over 100 feedbacks hasn’t realized this yet. You can file anything you want but the tracking number will protect me from your bull**** since in a day of two USPS will finally realized that the item has been delivered. Let me guess, you are probably less than 20 years old. I can guess by the way you present yourself from your punctuation and “u” instead of “you”s. The way you present your questions is pretty annoying as they become repetitive and unorganized. Either way, I hate dealing with tedious customers such as yourself and I have no regard for your “build pc for living” gig, even though I think you’re bull****ting that one. Please, in the future don’t buy from me as I do not want your business.

why was it sent on 3rd buisness day??why not the next day.................i didn't wait 3 days after auction to pay u.....???i had to pay u right away......... if i don't recevice to day, will have to file a non receive complaint with ebay.............. the tracking number u supplied only saids that u notifiedpost office of that u were going to ship.......... it doesn't say u shipped........... any way............i build pc's for a living...........i bought one to see how quick i would get itif the shipping time was resonable........... i could have given u some good buisness.......... we can forget that now can't we........... It’s being shipped by a mule, I think it ran the wrong way though. Let me catch it and I’ll let you know where it is.

Payment received on the 19th, sent on the 3rd business day which is the 22nd because of the heavy rain here. Your tracking info is 0103 8555 7492 1497 7935. I did respond to your previous emails, you should check your spam box for my emails.

I don't even know what to say.

This guy is a waste of good skin, I'm offended that somewhere, he's breathing my oxygen right now. Leave him wretched buyer feedback.

I think you both handled the situation in a very immature manner. I am sure that 99% of your ebay business goes off without hassle, but dealing with a customer in that way is inappropriate. It is at LEAST as bad as how he treated you.

As far as the 3 day shipping thing goes, I know that's pretty much the standard, but it's crappy business practices. If you demand immediate payment, immediate shipping (once payment has cleared) should be your standard.

In all, I'd say this guy was being a prick and got what he deserved, but it would have been nice to see you take the moral highground and treat him professionally. Then he looks like the big loser... instead of both of you looking that way.

Well you should also take into consideration of the volume of items he sells, and that he also has a life other than ebay (as far as shipping things). It would be different if ebay was his life. Like allen said, if he was in that much of a hurry he should have went to a local store and purchased it. The only way I would have been pissed is if it would have taken over a week TO SHIP the item. All he had to do is send an email to allen ASKING has it been shipped yet, without the extra unnecessary comments.

I would have handled the situation along the same lines...Im not gonna bend over backwards over $15 for someone who's being shallow, not even trying to understand how things work and that everyone isnt the same on ebay. If it was a substantial amount, then yeah, I'd take the "moral highground and treat him professionally".

Well, that was mildly entertaining. Thank goodness, I dont do much buisness on ebay. My mother does, and she has hassels with dill weeds on occassion.

My .02 cents. Dont get in an email debate. It just isnt worth it. I do also doubt he is 44 yo. But hey, there are stupid adults. Thats what becomes of stupid kids.

That was my amusement for the day. This is why I never do business on Ebay. More hassle than it's worth to save a few bucks. Plus, shipping always ends up costing as much as it would to buy the product in the store to begin with.

I think you're both very immature about it although he provoked it first.

Am I the only one that noticed this?: "44 isn't old either ................anytime you want a shot at the title ..let me know i'd be more than happy to show youwhat a 44 yr old can do............punk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" A shot at the title? I think you must have been talking to Ric Flair of the WWE or something.

i've had similar deals go down like this, but always reach an amiable decision.

And yes, ebay is many times the cheapest way out, even w/inflated shipping (something that's easy to spot on the auction).

I pretty much agree with everything you have to say, with the exception of this.

If an individual is SELLING things on Ebay, he is doing so to MAKE money, or at least to liquidate inventory in a quick and generally profitable manner. As such, the seller holds the responsibility of making sure the customer is satisfied. If you don't take the Ebay community seriously, you shouldn't be selling there.

Even at the most insignificant level, it is a business transaction and should be handled resposibly and taken seriously. I'm a pretty avid Ebay user, and I've saved and made tons of money using the service. The very small minority of crappy users gives the whole process a bad name. I don't give much credit to the argument that Ebays isn't his "life". Dude, it's not ANYBODY'S life so far as I can tell. But if he can't dedicate the time and effort to properly selling and shipping an item, then he should find another means of selling it.

When a customer becomes a belligerent whiner, the kind who thinks they can d!ck you around, I immediately offer to cancel the transaction and issue a full refund.

Usually, they stop being babies at that point.

You know, I sold something on ebay once that I charged like $3 for shipping. It actually only cost me like $1.30 or something, and when the customer got it, he gave me negative feedback because I charged $3 for shipping when the postmark had the actual price posted on it. Does he not understand that it costs money to buy packaging material, gas money to drive to the post office, etc? I mean really, what do people smoke to be that retarded? Oh, and then he complained it wasn't packaged in a padded envelope. It was a damn brochure!! I mean, for real. Some people, sheesh.
