Emailing a user

is there a place to look up a users email if he allows it to be seen? Some times if you need a quicker response for info emailing is checked daily by most. Any help? Also where can we set our email to be seen by others I am willing to do so if someone needs to email me for info faster than waiting and hoping I see a question on the forum. Thanks
