About to go in for a check up and want to get some other stuff done under the warranty, before I hear a bunch of nos there, does anyone have any insight if the following can be taken care of under the warranty?
1/ Back up cam is tilted..adjusted or replaced?
2/ Head light condensation on inside...replaced?
3/ Trim over top of car has slight indent above door...replaced?
4/ Inside wood trim above glovebox, I can see it will peal soon...replaced?
5/ Side mirrors, lime on the edges...replaced?
6/ Edge of seat squeeks when I get out (i'm only 160 that doesnt make sense)...fixed?
7/ Slight kick when changing from D to R or vice versa, or is that normal?
8/ Bluetooth is unable to connect to my phone about two weeks after pairing...fixed?
9/ Rotors replaced, or if I bring new ones in will they install it?
10/ Heat doesnt seem to blow unless I'm driving...fixed?
Thanks.

my thoughts and just my opinion, parts and labor are generally covered for failed parts not adjustments after first year on orginal warrenty. back up cam should be adjusted unless it got bumped out of specs than they wont help.
headlights might not be warrenty, sounds like a ding over door i dont think they will help.
i think you will have some luck with the trim by glovebox dealers know side trim on inside of doors was issue.
lime on mirrors and sqeaks i would not think its covered. transmissions does not seem broken and bluetooth can be funky ,if it never works it should be covered ,but screwing up once in a while could be phone as well.
rotors no chance, but heat should work .

I had the Elite Warranty on my Q45. You will need to get a copy of the master contract to see everything that's covered under warranty.

I found the list but 85% of the stuff i dont know what part of the car it is from the description, 10% of the stuff I think might apply the description is ambiguous, the other 5% doesn't apply lol. Thanks, 1, 2, 4, & 10 are my main concern. I didn't have that kick in my lex so it didn't seem right, but I do have it in my truck.

I'm going to try clr for the mirrors when I get a chance.

You're better off just taking your car in for service for all the problems you listed for Extended Warranty Service. If they decline anything ask for a clear explanation of where in the contract it describes the repair being out of contract. You may also need to call the ESC provider for additional clarification as well.

i want to take it in this week. I spoke to someone there and they say the camera CANNOT be knocked off axis without an accident because it is bolted in. So maybe i just didnt notice this before for some reason. The lower left side of the display, the black portion that takes up the corner (like a triangle). Is that normal?

I went in today and they are telling me that portion blacked out is normal, I said the G loaner you gave me doesnt have that so that's BS. So it doesnt seem right to me and I don't remember it being like that originally. Can anyone verify this please?

The left corner looks to be to big. You should be able to see the bumper line (edge) from left to right.

I too have the black left corner but yours looks to be taken more room of the screen. I'll check my car today and really take a look at it.

look at this at 3:29

you see how much smaller the left black corner is. You almost get to see the whole bumper line.

I'll be going out to my car soon.

I just went out to my car and the left corner on my tv is gray, the same color of my car. What your looking at is the wall next to the left light. The indentation of the trunk.

They may be able to adjust it but not by much.

but my gray corner is small.

hope this helps.

They took care of 2 & 6, 8 seems to have resolved itself, and they said 10 was normal. My main problem is 1. I found six pics of 08 & 07 M backup cams that looked "normal" like the youtube vid and showed them and they said there is nothing they could do. They said they changed the cam because they saw distortion which is BS...because I never saw any distortion. This is getting me mad. I know what is causing it, the cam is pushed back further than it should so it's picking up more of the wall and bumper than it should, but they are giving me this BS that it cant be fixed and it's normal. Why? What can I do? If I go to another dealer am I going to have to pay this deductible again?

What I really want to find is an official Infiniti catalogue or pic with the backup cam and show them.

i have the same issue with the back up cam. having the black left corner. Also went to my dealer in Manahassat Infiniti and they told me it was normal. they showed me another M35 on the lot and it seemed to have the same blacked out corner. I dunno....
